These Terms govern your use of Tobiloof Solutions. Please read them carefully — by creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to them.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "Customer") and TobiloF LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company doing business as Tobiloof Solutions ("Tobiloof Solutions", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the website at https://tobiloofsolutions.com (the "Site") or any service offered through it (the "Service"), you accept these Terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and not intended for, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tobiloofsolutions.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Tobiloof Solutions provides AI-assisted tools for résumé building, cover letter writing, LinkedIn optimization, ATS scoring, interview practice and application tracking. We may add, change or remove features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that you will receive any job offer, interview or specific outcome — the Service is a tool, not a hiring agency.
5.1 Plans. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly recurring basis in U.S. Dollars (USD) at the prices listed on the Pricing page.
5.2 Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews every 30 days at the then-current monthly rate, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize Tobiloof Solutions and its payment processor Stripe, Inc. to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
5.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Billing, by emailing support@tobiloofsolutions.com, or by calling +1 (251) 910-4798. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
5.4 Price changes. We may change subscription prices. We will email you at least 30 days before any new price applies to your account. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
5.5 Taxes. Listed prices do not include sales tax, VAT or similar taxes, which will be added where required by law.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information you also agree to Stripe's terms, available at stripe.com/legal. Tobiloof Solutions does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
All sales are final once charged. Limited exceptions for duplicate charges, fraudulent charges, or material service failure are described in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to (a) submit false or misleading information about yourself in résumés or applications generated through the Service; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service; (c) use the Service to harass, defraud or impersonate any person; (d) upload content you do not have the right to use; or (e) use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
You retain ownership of the résumé text, cover letters and other content you create using the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Tobiloof Solutions a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process and display your Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We will not sell or rent your Customer Content to third parties.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft and rewrite text. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using it in job applications. Tobiloof Solutions does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.
The Service, including software, templates, designs and the Tobiloof Solutions name and logo, is owned by TobiloF LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOBILOOF SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOBILOOF SOLUTIONS AND TOBILOF LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend and indemnify TobiloF LLC against any third-party claim arising from (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (b) your Customer Content, or (c) your breach of any law.
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as described in the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
