Refund Policy

Plain language: all sales are final. The exceptions below tell you the few situations where we will issue a refund and exactly how to ask for one.

1. All sales final

Tobiloof Solutions is a digital subscription service. Once your monthly subscription is charged, the charge is non-refundable, even if you do not actively use the Service during that month. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days. This "all sales final" rule reflects the fact that you receive immediate, unlimited access to the Service the moment payment is captured.

2. Cancel anytime to stop future charges

You can cancel your subscription at any time and we will not charge your card again. Cancellation is immediate for future charges; you keep access to all paid features until the end of the billing month you already paid for. To cancel, go to Account → Billing, email support@tobiloofsolutions.com or call +1 (251) 910-4798.

Email support@tobiloofsolutions.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

We respond within one U.S. business day. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe to the original card and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can almost always resolve billing problems faster directly than through a chargeback. Filing a chargeback that we successfully contest may result in the suspension of your account.
