How Tobiloof Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal information — including your rights under the GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
This Privacy Policy explains how Tobiloof Solutions handles personal information when you visit https://tobiloofsolutions.com or use our Service. It applies to website visitors, free-trial users, paying subscribers and anyone who contacts us.
2.1 Information you provide. Name, email address, password (hashed), phone number (optional), résumé content, cover letter content, LinkedIn profile content, job descriptions you upload, billing address and support correspondence.
2.2 Payment information. Your full card number is collected by Stripe, Inc. directly. Tobiloof Solutions only receives a token, the last four digits, the card brand and the expiration month/year.
2.3 Automatically collected. IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, referring URL and cookie identifiers.
2.4 Cookies. We use strictly-necessary cookies to operate the Site and optional analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can decline optional cookies via the cookie banner at any time.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, our legal bases are: contract (to provide the Service you purchased), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (optional cookies and marketing email) and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
We share personal information only with: (a) Stripe, Inc. to process payments; (b) cloud hosting and email providers acting as our processors under written contracts; (c) law-enforcement or government agencies when legally required; (d) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Our hosting and email providers are located in the United States. Where personal data of EEA / UK / Swiss residents is transferred to the U.S., the transfer is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for accounting (typically 7 years for tax records), fraud prevention or legal claims.
We protect personal data with TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for backups, hashed passwords (bcrypt), access controls and security logging. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, email support@tobiloofsolutions.com and we will delete it.
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation, we do not currently respond to such signals, but we do not sell personal information.
