What is Tobiloof Solutions?
Tobiloof Solutions is an AI-powered career platform that helps you write better résumés and cover letters, optimize your LinkedIn profile, score your application against any job posting, and practice interviews. It is operated by TobiloF LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company.
How does billing work?
All plans are monthly subscriptions billed in USD. Your card is charged on the day you subscribe and then automatically once every 30 days at the same monthly price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from Account → Billing inside the app, by emailing support@tobiloofsolutions.com, or by calling +1 (251) 910-4798. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future charges; you keep access to all paid features until the end of your current billing month.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final once your subscription is charged. We make narrow exceptions for duplicate or fraudulent charges — see the Refund Policy for details and how to request one.
Who processes my payment? Is my card data safe?
All payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see, transmit or store your full card number or CVV. Your payment data goes directly from your browser to Stripe.

Is my data private? Do you sell it?
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your résumé content, account details and usage data are processed only to deliver the service. Full details, including your GDPR / CCPA rights, are in the Privacy Policy.
Can I use Tobiloof Solutions for multiple résumés or job applications?
Yes. The Starter plan supports up to 3 résumés; Pro and Career+ are unlimited. Every plan lets you tailor your résumé to as many job postings as you want.
What if a charge looks wrong on my statement?
Email support@tobiloofsolutions.com with the date and amount, and we will investigate within one business day. If a charge was made in error or is a duplicate, we will issue a refund through Stripe to the original card.
